payment to the address on the membership blank.
#2 Use a credit
card/Pay Pal to make your payment. See information
below.
#3 Contact me at
217-394-2577 and you can make a credit card payment over
the phone.
Options 2 & 3
will include a service charge.

If you wish to use Pay
Pal/Credit Card, please click on the appropriate option.
When checking out, you can make payment using your Pay
Pal account or if you do not have an account you can use
a credit card to make payment. Please make sure all
information required is included with your payment. It
is important that you indicate the name of the person
renewing if it is different than the name on the credit
card or pay pal account. You will also notice
there is a service charge for the use of Pay Pal or a
credit card. Questions about any of these options should
