1st Annual
FTA National Muskrat Skinning
Contest
This will be a timed event and points
awarded or taken away for damage & speed.
All muskrats and judges will be supplied by
the sponsor of the Muskrat skinning contest (in this case Fur Harvester
Auctions).
Industry professionals will judge the contest. All results are
final.
Contestant will need his or her favorite
skinning knife.
Contest is for adult only (18 &
over)
A limited supply of muskrats will be
available for the contest and a first come first serve on sign
up.
The top 3 of the adult class move to the
final and that is where the grand champion of the National Muskrat skinning
contest is crowned.
Muskrats will be chosen (by trapper) based
on order of sign up or if concerns a lottery will be held. You get to choose the
muskrat your skinning.
The contest will be held in the Fur
Harvester Auctions demo area.

PHOTO CONTEST
Bring in your best photos of your trap line catches,
adventures, mishaps, and your end of the season
collection. All photos will be judged on clarity,
content, and action. The winning photo will be published
in the Fur Taker Magazine plus be awarded prizes.
All Pictures must be submitted to the FTA 7-B Booth by
Saturday the 12th. The winners will be announced on
Saturday before the FTA auction
